is me and Eric being undecided on whether we want to do an all-Italy trip or multi-country.
We’ve ruled out the beach vacation in the spring and are going to try to save up for a European trip in the fall.
I’ve already been to most of Italy, Amsterdam, the southern coast of Spain, and Brussels. I would do anything in Italy again (duh), and Amsterdam again, but it would also nice to see somewhere new. I’m thinking Germany maybe, but have no idea which cities. I’d also like to visit Barcelona. HELP!
Aside from Paris (and all of France), which other cities should we look into?
In 24 hours, I’ll be here.
New Orleans.
We’ll have about 2.5 days of free time before the wedding, so please do tell… where do we go and what do we see?
As I’m sure you’ve gathered by now, I visited Indianapolis for work last week. I didn’t get too much time to explore, but took a few hours on Saturday to walk around downtown.
Indiana Statehouse

View of the massive JW Marriott from White River State Park. I like the tilt-shift effect going on here.

“The Tent” in White River State Park

You go, girl. Elevator door at the top of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. I walked it, FYI. (331 steps!)

Previously mentioned Soldiers and Sailors Monument at night.

NCAA Hall of Champions

The Indiana State Museum, obviously.

The Stadium.

And my personal favorite, the Statehouse at night.

I think we have restaurants picked out, but what are some cool must-see’s of the city if I have free time? (Preferably not a museum—I hate museums!)
Well, I just booked my flight to Indianapolis June 16-21 for work. [Yup. Won’t be spending our 2nd anniversary together. Thanks work.]
I will be busy many of those days, but also hope to get out and see what Indy has to offer. Does anyone know of sights to see and food to eat?
I can’t say I knew exactly where you were in the U.S., but I do now!
