I woke up Sunday morning and wondered what the HELL happened to me in my sleep. Then I remembered.
Parts of me that would be rude to mention in a public forum are so sore from Saturday morning’s class. Padded bike pants may be a necessity.
Tomorrow I’m going to my first ever spin/cycling class with a friend. Does anyone do these on a fairly regular basis? I have no idea what to expect and I’m really nervous. What do I wear? Tips/suggestions?
