When cookies…are right next to me…I can eat cookies anytime!

Tomorrow I’m going to my friend Michelle’s house in Columbia Heights after work for an Italian feast she’s making for a friend’s visit who she met in Italy.

In addition to Nutella Sandwiches wine, I was wondering what else I could contribute to the meal when I remembered NUTELLA. One of the substances that contributed to my extravagant weight gain in Italy.

I Googled a few recipes and decided on Sugar Cookie Nutella Sandwiches! Quick, easy and looked delicious!

To save time I bought ready-to-bake sugar cookie dough from Pillsbury. I wanted to make the sandwiches more bite-sized so I cut each one in half and rolled it into a new ball.

Once the cookies were done, the Nutella came into play!

And…the final product! They are pretty delicious and I highly recommend them if you’re a Nutella fan. If you’re not, eat them anyway.
