It’s about that time…

Within an hour of being at work, my hair has to go up into a ponytail. Usually this is a sign that it needs to be cut.

But do I cut it all off after I just grew it out for 18 months?

Here is a picture of my hair as it is now (long) and how it was then (short). Which way do you like better?
