I need to share this recipe.

Quick, easy, light and exceptionally tasty. I got the recipe out of an actual cookbook, but this looks to be the same. Highly recommend!

In the book the recommended side was sauteed broccoli rabe, but I opted for regular broccoli. Just saute 2-3 cloves of garlic in 1 tbsp of butter for a couple minutes, add broccoli, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper. I sprinkled some onion powder on there too. Add 3/4 cup water, cover and cook until al dente, or however you like your broccoli.
