You find the perfect house, needs-wise.
Then you realize you’d be living on Unicorn Drive.
Do you buy it?
Shorter version: Does the road name/address matter to you? (Not necessarily Unicorn in particular, just any weird name.)

A few months ago I did research for a gay couple that lived on Dicks St. in W.Hollywood. Super awesome guys (& great house!), for the record. But DICKS ST? Pretty sure they knew they were gay prior to moving in. So yea, they should have kept looking.
